FAQ- Warrantee and Guarantee

At Delilah Grace Interiors, you can buy with confidence, knowing that our products are covered against manufacturing defects. We want to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your living space for many years to come! 

All structural manufacturing defects, e.g. frames, are covered for 10 years.  

All upholstered interiors, covering materials, buttons and zips are covered for 1 year.  

Please note that our guarantee does not cover: 

• Wear and tear 
• Damage caused by negligence or misuse (accidental or deliberate) 
• Commercial or institutional use  
• Products that have been stored incorrectly 
• Products that have been assembled incorrectly 
• Clearance/display products  
• Items that have had alterations or repairs  

All guarantees start from the day of delivery.  

If your sofa is made to order and has been completed, we will hold your sofa at our showroom for a maximum of 7 days after completion. If you would like us to hold your sofa any longer than 7 days we charge £39 per week to move it into our unit, we advise to be completely transparent with delivery estimations so we can provide you with the best service.
